Return & Refund Policy Returns

At LUXYX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order. 

Important: 
Once an order has been shipped, the return process cannot begin until the package has been received by the customer. A return request can only be processed after confirmed delivery. 

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused 
- In its original condition 
- With tags and original packaging intact 
- Free from damage or signs of wear 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

- Contact our team via WhatsApp or email within the allowed timeframe.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will supply the return address and instructions. 

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the next step. 

Refunds 

After approval: 
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank 
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 

Exchanges 

If you need a size or product exchange: 
- Follow the same contact process 
- Our team will guide you through the steps 
- We will do our best to handle the replacement quickly 
- Non-Eligible Items 

Returns will not be accepted for: 

- Used or customer-damaged items 
- Items without original packaging 
- Requests made outside the return window
