Customs 

Customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery. 
If a parcel is held for inspection, transit times may exceed the original estimate. This is outside of our control.

Tracking Updates 

Tracking information may take time to refresh, especially during transit handovers between carriers. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact our support team and we will assist you. 

Address Changes 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and corrected details.
